Seven four-storey apartment blocks at the corner of Houchang Road (後昌路) and Jiachang Road (加昌路) in Nanzi, completed in 1971 and sold on preferential terms to low-income households. It has long suffered from a lack of management, and each of the 244 units are cramped, with exterior walls showing cracks and weathering. Despite visitations by politicians committed to urban renewal no reconstruction seems to have begun as of 2025, with the remaining residents still living in squalid conditions.
