A cluster of over 100 semi-detached Japanese colonial era dormitories in Nanzi, originally built in 1944 for Imperial Japanese Navy staff working at the nearby No. 6 Fuel Factory (第六海軍燃料廠). After the war, CPC Corporation (中油) took over the complex as employee housing and expanded it with community facilities including schools and shops. Many of the original wooden structures remain in various states of disrepair.
