A Japanese colonial era wooden residence built for the stationmaster of Dounan Railway Station, part of the larger TRA dormitory complex nearby but carrying a higher heritage designation on account of its craftsmanship and rarity. It is one of few surviving TRA stationmaster residences in Taiwan. Designated a Yunlin County municipal monument in 2015 but still in a state of disrepair as of the mid-2020s.
