A 1935 two-storey Western-style building on a stretch of Gongming Road (公明路) nicknamed Physician Street (醫師街). It was originally established in 1935 by Dr. Pan Muzhi (潘木枝) as Xiangsheng Hospital (向生醫院). Pan was later caught up in the 228 Incident and executed without trial in front of Chiayi Railway Station in 1947. The clinic was then sold to Dr. Lin Zhenhua and renamed Zhenhua Pediatric Clinic (振華兒科醫院). Since it closed the building was temporarily used for storage but as of 2025 the property is fenced off with sheet metal awaiting restoration or demolition.
