Former site of a tobacco factory established in the early Japanese colonial era just north of Taipei Station. The entire facility was relocated to Ankeng in Xindian in the early 1960s and the original facilities were progressively converted into Jiancheng High School (建成國中). This, in turn, was demolished in the 2000s to make way for the combined bus station and shopping center now on this site.
