NACC was an extensive facility serving as the headquarters of Military Assistance Advisory Group (MAAG) and the CIA in Taiwan during the period of US military cooperation with the ROC. After withdrawal in 1979 it was later repurposed as the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT). When the AIT relocated to a more modern facility in Neihu this location on Xinyi Road in Taipei was demolished.
