Lincoln Building (林肯大廈) is a residential high-rise on Dunhua South Road (敦化南路) in Da’an, Taipei, standing just north of the original site of the Lin An Tai Residence. Completed in the mid-1970s, it was the first elevator building along this stretch of road. It appears on lists of Taipei’s notorious rundown residences, largely because its expansive rooftop has for some thirty years been occupied by a large illegal structure (違建) that obstructs fire-escape routes from the upper floors.
