A set of four adjoining shophouses built by Ngô͘ Lú-siông (吳汝祥) in 1927 on what was then known as Dongmen Street (東門街). In 2017 the owners attempted to demolish the building but public outcry, incensed by several recent demolitions of historic buildings in Changhua City, put a stop to it. It was quickly recognized for its heritage value in 2018 but this status was rescinded in 2025. Also known as Songzhu Hall (松竹堂).
