Established in 1763, this temple venerates Yuhuang Dadi (玉皇大帝), the Jade Emperor, and is widely regarded as one of ths most important venues for worship of this deity in Taiwan. It has undergone several renovations and modifications over the years but still retains its Qing dynasty era design. It is also home to a door god raising his middle finger, a divine gesture that has brought some additional attention to the temple on social media.
