A two-storey villa built in 1954 as one of more than 20 officers’ clubs and guesthouses for US military personnel following the signing of the Sino-American Mutual Defense Treaty. Located immediately north of the Yen Chia-kan Residence, the property was repurposed in 1975 as Yen’s office and VIP reception space during his presidency, hosting visitors including former US president Richard Nixon. It now sits within the restricted Bo’ai Special Zone (博愛特區) and is closed to the public despite its heritage status.
