Part of the Nanhai Academy, this distinctive building was designed in a Chinese renaissance style and completed in 1957. Nowadays it operates as the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute Taipei Branch (國立臺灣工藝研究發展中心臺北當代工藝設計分館).
