Yongfuju (永福居) is a courtyard house built in 1881 by the senior branch of the Xu (許) family in Jiubu (舊廍), a former sugar-milling hamlet now largely occupied by Lehua Night Market. Known locally as Kinmen Xu (金門許), the family traces its origins to settlers who crossed from Kinmen with Koxinga, and once held around 2,000 ping of farmland and bamboo groves here. The house survives in poor condition, its brick-faced walls set on sandstone footings and its left wing reduced to a single wall; a second Xu residence built in 1929 stands beside it.
