Established in 2008 as the reconstructed Zhang Xueliang Residence (張學良故居). A second reconstruction at the original site of the residence was completed in 2011, leaving this small village with two replicas of the Japanese colonial era police officers’ dormitory in which Zhang endured years of house arrest. This particular replica was later transformed into a cultural museum for the local Indigenous people.
