Initially established as warehouses for British tea merchants in 1894, this facility in Tamsui was later controlled by the Shell Corporation and used to store oil products. It was heavily damaged in an allied air raid in 1944. Now operating as Tamsui Art and Cultural Park (淡水文化園區). A railway spur line that originally connected to the Tamsui Line (淡水線) can still be seen on site.
