A freestanding warehouse southwest of Taichung Railway Station, near the Japanese colonial era storehouses known as the No. 20 Warehouse Complex. Its reinforced concrete columns carry a long-span timber roof truss thought to be original, though the building was altered repeatedly over the decades. Passed over for heritage protection in 2016, it was registered as a historic building in 2019 after further study but remains derelict as of 2026.
