Shigang Police Station (石岡分駐所) - Spectral Codex
Shigang Police Station (石岡分駐所)

A modest Japanese colonial era police station built around 1940 and later repurposed for use as a fire hall. The wooden dormitories on either side of the central office were destroyed in the devastating 921 Earthquake. A newer fire hall was built around the remains of the old fire hall and in a similar style. It is now the Shigang Branch of the Taichung City Fire Bureau (臺中市政府消防局第二大隊石岡消防分隊). There is also an old wooden building to the right that might have some relation to the police station.
