A former village meeting hall along the western periphery of the Puli Basin in Puli, Nantou. Not much is known about its history, but it suffered damage at some point and the façade was cut down to a rectangular block displaying the five characters of the name. It fell into disuse over the decades, but was briefly revitalized as a teahouse by the name of Sun Sound (向善觀音) around 2018 to 2020. Little activity has been seen on site in the years since, though the grounds appear at least occasionally maintained.
