A Japanese colonial era wooden duplex on Dieshihou’ao (跌死猴澳), a steep rocky outcrop between Dashawan (大沙灣) and Zhengbin Fishing Port. It was likely in use as a dormitory for Keelung customs officials and politicians, with previous occupants including Maruoka Michio (丸岡道夫), the last mayor of Keelung under Japanese rule, and Yan Cangming (顏滄溟) of the Keelung Yan family. It was likely built around 1933 but the current owner dates it to 1913. The house passed into private hands after the war and was restored around 2019 with a grant from the Ministry of Culture.
