Completed in 1937, this small Shinto shrine dedicated to Ebisu (恵比須 or 惠比壽), a Japanese God of Fishing and Prosperity, overlooked a scenic stretch of coastline and a prestigious restaurant in Japanese colonial times. It was located in what is now the Mazha community (真砂社區) near where modern-day Yanting Park (嚴亭公園) can be found. Not much is known about its eventual fate but nothing remains of the original shrine today.
