An old credit union on a side street in central Hengchun. Although some sources suggest it was founded in 1913 the architectural style is more suggestive of the 1930s. After closing it was renovated into a café, retaining little to indicate its original function as a bank, though the business somehow inherited both of the original projectors from nearby Hengchun Theater. The café has since closed and as of 2024 it seems like a small restaurant (南城香小館) now operates out of the space.
