A large Western-style mansion built in the Japanese colonial era. It was heavily damaged in Typhoon Wayne (1986) and again during the 921 Earthquake and left in ruins. The precise location is unclear, although it was certainly located within Zhongxi Village (中西里) on the southwestern outskirts of Erlin, and likely on Zhongsi Road (中四路).
