Erlin is a transportation hub for much of southwestern Changhua. It has long been served by Erlin Bus Station (員林客運二林站), which is located immediately adjacent to Erlin Martial Arts Hall (二林武德殿). Not much is known about its history but from its purely functional appearance it seems likely to have been built in the 1950s or 1960s. Due to its dilapidated condition local residents have clamored for an upgrade for many years. A newer Erlin Transfer Station (二林轉運站) was built in 2024 and will presumably replace this aging station in the near future.
