Several Japanese-style wooden houses can be found scattered around the western and northern margins of what is now Erlin Elementary School (二林國小). The building on the west side was the residence of the principal (長宿舍), and after restoration it became the Erlin Sugarcane Farmers Incident Museum (二林蔗農事件紀念館). Since these dormitories are on school grounds you may need to visit outside of regular operating hours.
