Shiliujia Railway Station (十六甲車站) - Spectral Codex

A former stop on the Xuejia Line (學甲線), a Taiwan Sugar Corporation railway running from Xinying Sugar Factory out to the cane fields around Xuejia. It was one of four stops in Xiaying, Tainan, on a stretch known locally as the Xiaying Village Line (下營庄線), and it carried freight and passengers until Taiwan Sugar ended passenger service in 1979. The rail bridge north of the station was damaged by Typhoon Nari in 2001 and dismantled the following year, but the waiting room and dispatch office survived to be rebuilt as a railway park in 2022, at one end of a greenway laid along several kilometres of the former railway line.
