A Qing dynasty era siheyuan (四合院) built during the Guangxu era (1875–1908), located directly behind Liu Chi-hsiang Memorial Hall (劉啟祥美術紀念館). The construction used timber and granite imported from Fujian. Architectural details include incised brick patterns on the exterior walls, calligraphic inscriptions above the doorways, and distinctive courtyard gate designs. The residence is in a considerable state of disrepair as of the mid-2020s.
