The second-generation martial arts hall in Taitung City was completed in 1928. In the post-war period it was repurposed for use by various government agencies and eventually demolished in 1980. The former site is now occupied by the National Taitung Living Arts Center (國立臺東生活美學館). It was also known simply as Dongwu Hall (東武館).
