Former golden age cinema in the heart of Taitung City. Established in 1950, it reputedly had a capacity of 1,200, which might have made it the largest theater in the county. It was later renamed Heping Theater (和平戲院) but went out of business in the 1980s. Eventually it was converted into the Donghe Surgical Clinic (東和外科診所).
