Established in 1696 and rebuilt numerous times over the centuries. This temple primarily venerates Baosheng (保生大帝), the God of Health, and the Five Plague Lords (五福大帝), who were housed here after Bailong Temple (白龍庵) was demolished in the Japanese colonial period.
