Originally established in 1961 as the local headquarters of the Chinese Youth Corps (中國青年救國團). The building was designed as an assembly hall to host events on the second level, but films were regularly screened here and the facility was open to the public. It remained in operation screening films until the 1980s. Sometime later it was renamed the Chengdali Activity Center (成大里活動中心). Finally demolished around 2017 and replaced by a parking lot.
