Established in 1673, this temple venerates Dongyue Dadi (東嶽仁聖大帝), king of the underworld. Believers come to this temple to pray to the dead or even speak with them through spirit mediums. It is home to a number of historic relics and features an unusually large blast furnace for incinerating the huge piles of joss paper worshippers burn at this temple.
