Completed in 1936, this old hospital has the appearance of a country villa. It was left in a semi-abandoned state for several decades. In 2013 the owners attempted to sell the property and demolish the building but a swift outcry from local residents put the brakes on that plan, and after review by the culture bureau, it was soon designated a heritage property.
