Established in 1955 to accommodate refugees from the Dachen Islands, this settlement in Puli, Nantou, originally had 45 households and 164 residents. They were generally employed in the nearby Puli Winery (埔里酒廠). As of the 2010s it seems like no original residents remain, and the village has effectively been reabsorbed into the city.
