Opened as the eponymous Neihu Theater (內湖戲院) in Neihu, Taipei, in 1991. Two halls operated on the fourth and sixth floors of a commercial high-rise complex (巨星大廈). The following year it was reorganized and named Dahu Theater. It shut down in 1996 and has presumably been renovated, as other business have since occupied those floors.
