A row of unfinished townhouses (透天厝) just off Minsheng Road (民生路) in Fulin Village (富林里), suburban Longtan, apparently dating to the 1990s. No source conclusively establishes who built them or why so many houses in this subdevelopment were left in ruins, though the most plausible explanation is the bankruptcy of the developer. A murder in one of the empty units in 2015 drew brief attention to the state of the area, but the whole block remains standing and in increasingly dilapidated condition into the mid-2020s.
