Honglong Building (龍潭鴻龍大廈) is a large derelict building beside Longtan Lake (龍潭大池) in Longtan, Taoyuan. Local residents recall it as a banquet restaurant and later a KTV known as Zai Shui Yifang (在水一方). It is widely rumoured to have been built without a permit. Demolition appears to have stalled amid an unresolved inheritance dispute following the death of its owner, and as of 2025 the building is still standing, unattended.
