A cluster of unfinished and abandoned townhouses along County Road 126 (126縣道) in rural Houlong Miaoli County. Not much info exists about this place and the name is just a guess. It may have resulted from a developer going bankrupt, perhaps in the wake of the 1997 Asian financial crisis, but this is pure speculation.
