A former Chianan Irrigation Association (嘉南農田水利會) workstation in Taikang Village (太康里), Liuying, built sometime before 1974 in a utilitarian modernist style. The office was decommissioned in 1983 during an administrative reorganisation and sat derelict for decades before a local team took over the lease in 2015. After a five-year self-funded renovation, the building reopened in 2020 as Taikang 113 (太康壹壹參), an omakase restaurant by reservation only that sources produce directly from organic smallholders in the surrounding district.
