A multi-use government office building completed around 1939 in Huwei, Yunlin. It was shared by the police and fire departments and the second floor hosted a public meeting space. It continued to serve a variety of purposes in the post-war period and more recently underwent a light renovation to become a branch of Starbucks. It is well-preserved and worth a visit.
