Established in 1936 as Kobi-za (虎尾座), the first commercial entertainment venue in the town of Huwei, Yunlin. It had 618 seats and enough room to accommodate 1,000 people for especially popular shows. Ownership changed in 1944 and it was renamed Huwei Theater (虎尾戲院) and mainly screened films. After the war it was renamed Yingong Theater (銀宮戲院). It was demolished in 1969.
