An old courtyard house also known as the Wen family residence (溫家古厝), with a door plaque dated 1935 and some components of Qing dynasty origin. The city placed it under provisional protection in January 2018 and the owners demolished it two weeks later, on the morning of Lunar New Year’s Eve, before an inspection could take place. The second hall and courtyard were nonetheless recognized for their heritage value in 2019, and the owners were prosecuted.
