Located immediately next to Changhe Temple, this smaller temple to Shuixian Zunwang (水仙尊王), a god of maritime navigation, was completed in 1865. The image was originally kept in the rear hall of its neighbour until the merchants of Hsinchu bought the adjoining shophouse and built a separate temple.
