Established in 1968 on the north side of Hsinchu City, back when the area was mostly still rice paddies. Out of business long ago, and it seems likely the original building was demolished and replaced by a more modern commercial tower. Also associated with twin theaters across the street, Qinghua Theater (清華戲院) and Jiahua Theater (嘉華戲院).
