Twin theaters in a commercial complex that opened to great fanfare in 1982. Hongbaoshi Theater (紅寶石戲院) operated on the third and fourth floors while Lanbaoshi (藍寶石戲院) controlled the fifth and sixth. By 1993 there were eight halls operating in the complex. Out of business in the late 2000s. Repurposed for use as a nightclub around 2012. Abandoned again for much of the subsequent decade, but there is another nightclub operating in the space as of around 2020. The original neon sign is still hanging from the exterior of the building.
