An old school in Hsinchu tracing its roots back to Hsinchu Mingzhi Academy (竹塹明志書院), which was located near the west gate to the former walled city. It was relocated to its present site in 1937, around when the Bailing Building (百齡樓), recognized as a city monument, was constructed. Since this is still an active school you may need to visit outside of regular hours.
