The principal temple of Guiren, known locally as Guiren Great Temple (歸仁大廟), dedicated to Baosheng Dadi (保生大帝). It was founded in the Ming-Zheng period after a military officer named Wu Jiushan (吳鳩山) brought a Baosheng Dadi idol from Baijiao Ciji Temple (白礁慈濟宮) in Fujian. The current structure dates to a 1975 reconstruction. Together with Baoxi Daitianfu (保西代天府) and Guanmiao Shanxi Temple (關廟山西宮), it forms the trio of “Three Great Temples Outside the East Gate” (東門城外三大廟), which share a twelve-year rotating Wang Jiao (王醮) festival tradition.
