Built in 1929 as a branch of Tatsuma Shōkai, a Japanese trading company, this historic building later served as the Taipei branch office of the Taiwan Tobacco Monopoly Bureau. It now houses the Changhua Bank Taipei Branch (彰化銀行臺北分行). It is located in Zhongzheng District not far from Taipei Main Station.
