Completed in 1934 by Wang Lianhe (王連河), this neo-Baroque shophouse was a combined office, warehouse, and tea factory. After the tea industry collapsed due to foreign competition in the 1960s it was rented out for other purposes but after it was awarded heritage status in 2009 some effort has been invested in restoring the space to showcase its original purpose.
