A former second-run theater operating on the third floor of a commercial building next to the Ningxia Night Market (寧夏夜市). According to business records it was established in 1992 and went out of business in the late 2000s. It has since been stripped to bare concrete and only the general outline of a theater can be perceived on the third floor of the otherwise occupied building. It is also known as Ningxia Theater (寧夏戲院).
