This hilltop was formerly home to a missile base. After it was decommissioned local government moved in to renovate the barracks into Chunri Township Cultural and Creative Park (春日鄉文創園區) starting in 2022. As of 2025 it isn’t clear whether it is regularly in use or open to the public. The actual missile launch site (古華飛彈陣地發射場) is located nearby.
