Japanese colonial era martial arts hall established in 1937. After the war it was heavily renovated for government use as the Fangliao Household Affairs Office (枋寮戶政事務所). Only in the 2017, while the government relocated to a more modern venue, was it recognized for its heritage value and registered as a historic building. As of 2024 it appears to be undergoing restoration work.
